Qivvo is a party game app for one phone. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can delete it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| An anonymous account ID | The first time you open the app | To remember which questions you have already played so they are not repeated, and to store your own questions |
| Your email address | Only if you sign in | To let you sign in on another phone and to attach your Party Pass purchase to you rather than to a device |
| Your display name and avatar colour | When you set them | Shown on your own screen. Never shown to other users. |
| Questions you write | When you write them | Private to your account. Questions you choose to suggest are reviewed by a person and may be added to the shared library without your name. |
| Player names you type into a party | During a party | Kept on the phone and in your party record for the length of the party, deleted automatically within 24 hours |
| Purchase status | If you buy a pass | Processed by Apple or Google and RevenueCat. We store only whether your account holds a pass. We never see card details. |
Each of these providers is bound by its own privacy terms and processes data only to provide the service to us.
Your account data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time inside the app: Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, your questions, your played-question history and your pass record from our systems. Party records are deleted automatically within 24 hours of a party ending.
If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by emailing khalidsania24@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We complete requests within 30 days. See also our account deletion page.
A purchase made through Apple or Google remains restorable through them even after you delete your Qivvo account; they hold that record, not us.
Qivvo is rated 17+ and is not directed at children. The Kids pack exists so families can play together on an adult's phone. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time using the app or by emailing us. If you are in the EU, UK or a jurisdiction with similar law, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will tell you the next time you open it.
