Delete your Qivvo account

This page is for Qivvo, the party game app. You can delete your account and all data attached to it in two ways.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Qivvo and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Delete forever.

Your account, your email address, your own questions, your played-question history and your pass record are deleted immediately and permanently.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Send an email to khalidsania24@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Qivvo account", from the email address you used to sign in. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted, and what is not

• Deleted: account, email, display name, your questions and suggestions, played-question history, pass record, any party records.
• Not held by us: the purchase itself, which stays on your Apple or Google account and can be restored there.
• Nothing is retained after deletion except a log line noting that a deletion happened, kept for security for 90 days, which contains no personal data.
