Qivvo is a party game app. It shows questions and dares; the people in the room decide what to do with them. You are responsible for how you and your guests play. Never do anything unsafe, illegal, or that anyone present is uncomfortable with. Every dare in the app is optional and can be skipped.
Qivvo is for people aged 17 and over. The Spicy and Adult packs are for adults only, and by selecting them you confirm that everyone playing is 18 or over.
You can play without an account. An account (email sign-in) is needed to buy a pass, so the pass belongs to you rather than to one phone. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
The Party Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks all games and the full question library for the account that bought it. The Tonight Pass unlocks the same for 48 hours. Both are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled by them. There are no subscriptions and no advertising in Qivvo. One pass covers everyone playing on that phone.
Questions you write are private to your account. If you choose to suggest a question for the shared library, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish it without attribution. Do not suggest anything illegal, hateful, or that identifies a real person.
The question library, design, name and artwork are ours. You may not copy or redistribute them outside the app.
Qivvo is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and the content in good taste, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or suitable for every group. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that happens at your party.
We may update these terms or the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using Qivvo and delete your account at any time.
